Quality Manager
The Quality Manager enables you to produce in good conscience and with a clear understanding of the outcome.
Quality management describes a customisable method set consisting of rules, processes, metrics and strategies. A set of specifications is used within the framework of a single project or as governance that applies to multiple projects.
The quality is a highly strategic approach, because it determines the robustness, testing effort, possible correction loops, course of production, operating and maintenance costs as well as positioning of the software and the product -- so that it is market relevant.
The progress of the project can be derived by means of quality management and guided based on the indicators from the project manager.
In the Specific-Group these roles are staffed by experienced employees with strong communication skills and technical or professional backgrounds. These professionals are well-trained methodically, strong in business analysis, familiar with process analysis and have a proven track record in project and test management.
The quality manager implements quality management within the project or across projects or quality management is added to the project manager's tasks. In the financial group environment, these roles are also filled by project neutral entities. In this instance, one may refer to quality assurance managers, for example.
Such a person is a neutral entity in the project who helps in all project areas to ensure, check and report on quality. From planning, project methodology, development until delivery, quality management ensures that target goals can be achieved and documented.
We will gladly advise you on how quality assurance management can optimise and help your approach to implementation--starting from the moment of planning--and save you money. In this regard, we focus on the following topics:
- Process models in the project
- Process models in software development
- Quality Manual: companywide, in IT and in the project (from scoping to requirements to project completion).
- Templates and deliverables
- Quality in the (delivery) process
- Quality in the software development
- Quality in operations
- Knowledge management, document management, archiving
- Confirmability, auditability
- System of indicators in quality management
- Test and test management
